Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager oversees billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and administrative operations. This role ensures accurate invoicing, timely collections, efficient payment processing, and strong financial recordkeeping while supervising administrative staff and supporting daily business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, and collections activities
• Oversee accounts payable and vendor payment processing
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due accounts
• Resolve billing and payment discrepancies
• Prepare billing, collections, and cash flow reports
• Supervise and support one administrative/billing team member
• Maintain financial records in QuickBooks Online
• Coordinate fleet maintenance records and vendor service
• Improve billing, collections, and administrative processes
• Support leadership with operational and administrative needs

Qualification

3+ years of experience in accounting, billing, AR/AP, or office management

Experience managing billing and collections processes

Supervisory experience required

3+ years of QuickBooks experience, including QuickBooks Online

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Additional Requirement

Ability to work on-site in Verona, PA

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail, accountability, and follow-through
