Location: Norcross & Doraville, GA. Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Agent Opportunity (Spanish/English) Hours: Full time, 40 per week (10 AM - 6 PM) Saturdays required. One weekday off. Responsibilities Help clients with payments, policy updates, and insurance questions. Help clients choose the right insurance for their needs. Build strong client relationships through excellent service. Support office sales goals and team success. Create a welcoming, positive experience for every customer and team member because we believe a good culture is the key for a happy job. Qualifications Ambitious and motivated to grow + excellent attitude. Fast learner (No Insurance or taxes experience required) A go-getter who enjoys helping people and achieving goals. Positive, dependable, and eager to learn. Fluent in Spanish & English. Passionate about building relationships and making an impact in people's lives through insurance and taxes.
