MRI Manager

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital (Mass General Brigham) – full-time MRI Operations Manager position, Monday through Friday day shift, overseeing the Hospital MRI department and off‑site locations. Responsibilities Provide operations management, identify operational inefficiencies, operational flow, quality improvement, performance measurement, and implementation of new practices. Ensure compliance with patient care quality standards and all related regulatory requirements. Manage clinical staff, staff scheduling, triage duties, and serve as a resource to staff. Develop fiscal operating budget, conduct ongoing assessments, investigate practices to remain within budget, identify opportunities for improvement, and assist in variance reporting. Manage clinical activities for students to ensure they meet core curriculum requirements and encourage future employment opportunities within MGB. Ensure compliance with all regulatory obligations (federal, state, etc.) and industry trends. Education Associate's Degree in Diagnostic Imaging required, or Bachelor's Degree in Health Sciences preferred. Experience in lieu of a degree is not accepted. Licenses & Credentials Radiologic Technologist (NH State License); American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) Magnetic Resonance Imaging (ARRT-MR); BLS required. Experience 5–7 years radiology tech/MRI experience with multiple patient populations; 2–3 years leadership experience. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong communication skills. Ability to effectively evaluate and problem‑solve. Ability to guide, teach, and motivate others. Strong business acumen skills. Additional Details Type: Onsite; Work Location: 789 Central Avenue; Weekly Hours: 40; Employee Type: Regular; Shift: Day; Pay Range: $106,995.20 – $155,542.40 per year (Grade 8).
