Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to effectively support clients without the constraints of a traditional office setting. Our team operates Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance. You will engage daily with a diverse range of clients via secure telehealth platforms, using state-of-the-art technology to provide therapy and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough diagnoses for individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and family systems therapy, ensuring approaches are tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, couples counseling, and group therapy workshops focusing on enhancing communication and resolving relationship dynamics effectively.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure clients receive coordinated and comprehensive care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring that all documentation reflects the highest standards of care.

• Participate in ongoing case consultations, supervision, and continuing education opportunities, aimed at sharpening your clinical skills and staying current with best practices in mental health care.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients in distress, employing techniques that prioritize safety and emotional stabilization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base encompassing individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of mental health issues. This includes but is not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma histories, and relationship challenges. Your therapeutic interventions will support clients in understanding their mental health and improving their overall emotional wellbeing.

Qualifications\n

• Valid LMFT license in the state of Oregon, ensuring compliance with state regulations in mental health care.

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field, providing a strong theoretical foundation for practice.

• A minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience is preferred; however, recently graduated candidates with relevant supervised hours will be considered.

• Strong knowledge and proficiency in trauma-informed care approaches, as well as cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapies.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating a compassionate and empathetic demeanor towards clients.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems, enhancing your ability to document and track client progress efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits\n
