This role is ideal for professionals who bring deep expertise in US GAAP technical accounting, global delivery operations, and strategic client advisory. You’ll lead high-impact client engagements, guide global teams, and drive innovation in service delivery — all while playing a key role in expanding client relationships and building our firm’s future. Key Responsibilities Lead Technical Accounting Engagements – Deliver expert guidance on US GAAP standards (ASC 606, 842, 805, 480, 815), help clients navigate complex transactions, and support adoption of new standards. Oversee Global Delivery Operations – Optimize collaboration with offshore teams, ensuring quality, efficiency, and alignment through strong SLAs and performance metrics. Drive Business Development – Identify new client opportunities, craft winning proposals, and serve as a trusted advisor to expand and strengthen relationships. Advise on Financial Reporting & Transactions – Oversee US GAAP and SEC‑compliant financial statements, support M&A and restructuring efforts, and prepare clients for audits and regulatory reviews. Strengthen Internal Controls & Risk Management – Design and evaluate ICFR frameworks, conduct risk assessments, and recommend improvements to enhance compliance. Lead & Grow Global Teams – Mentor cross‑functional teams, champion knowledge sharing, and cultivate a high‑performance, collaborative culture. Qualifications 10+ years in public accounting with strong specialization in US GAAP advisory; at least 5 years in senior management. Certified Professional – CPA mandatory; additional certifications such as CFA, CIA, or CISA are a plus. Global Mindset – well‑versed in managing global teams and cross‑border collaboration.
