Temporary Privileges Available: No
Credentialing Timeline: 30-60 days

REQUIRED PROCEDURES

Preferred:
- Well woman care
- IUD insertion/removal
- Newborn (birth-30 days)
- Infant (30 days - 1 year)
- Toddler (1-2 years)
- Child (3-13 years)
- Adolescent (13-18 years)
- General outpatient

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Board: BC/BE required
Licenses: Licensed in CA
DEA: Active DEA required before start
Certifications: BLS
Experience: Candidate CVs must include month and date for work experience and education with all employment gaps accounted for.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide primary care services to a mix of pediatric and adult patients.
Perform chronic pain management as part of clinical duties.
Maintain accurate medical records with chart closure within 72 hours.
Meet minimum patient volume requirements of 18 patients per day.
Comply with all facility immunization requirements including Flu, TB, MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and Tdap.
