Title:** Director of Emergency Services – Emergency Services **Schedule:** Shift: 07:00 AM Bachelor’s degree in nursing required 3+ years applicable experience required 5+ years applicable experience preferred **Roles & Responsibilities:** Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care through oversight of unit functions and department staffing. Develop and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to meet facility objectives. Cultivate evidence-based practices to improve patient safety and quality outcomes. Manage patient throughput and delivery of care through forecasting and admittance planning. Lead initiatives to elevate patient experience and ensure compliance with quality benchmarks.
