Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through virtual meetings, utilizing diagnostic tools and clinical judgment.

• Provide regular sessions with clients, guiding them through therapeutic techniques and equipping them with coping strategies to tackle their challenges.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive treatment approach that promotes overall wellness.

• Document client progress and treatment outcomes in an electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and mental health conditions, including but not limited to, substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Your ability to provide culturally responsive care will be pivotal as you develop therapeutic relationships and tailor your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.
\n
• A minimum of four years of related experience providing mental health counseling and therapy.
\n
• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and an understanding of various evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proficient in delivering both individual and group therapy using empathetic and inclusive strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
