Phlebotomist

Labcorp is seeking a Phlebotomist to join our team at 1900 N State St Provo, UT 84604. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:15am - 4:45pm. Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications Current or prior Labcorp experience. One or more years of experience working as a phlebotomist. Additional Job Standards In lieu of work experience, a Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency. Able to pass a standardized color blindness test. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
