The HQ Technical Support Team is crucial in driving our company’s success, working collaboratively to deliver seamless internal tool evolution, comprehensive documentation, and global product training for our teams worldwide. You Will Shape the evolution of internal panels and tools used daily by our global business units Analyze current tools and systems to identify friction points, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement Translate internal business needs into clear specifications and coordinate their implementation with technical development teams Prepare and distribute clear internal updates and announcements regarding newly deployed functionalities of our systems Revise, maintain, and update internal technical documentation, system wiki articles, and training materials Handle the complete organization and deployment of training cycles for internal newcomers and global technical teams Coordinate tasks in the HQ Tech Support queue, providing daily operational support and validating new functionalities from a user perspective Desired Experience Fluency in English and Polish (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with local tech teams and global stakeholders A natural talent for writing with an exceptional ability to explain complex technological topics and system behaviors clearly High level of independence, proactivity, and the capability to drive tasks forward without micromanagement An analytical mindset with the ability to step into the user’s shoes while keeping the strategic goals of the headquarters in mind We Offer 2 month introductory onboarding framework to fully master the operational daily routines of our internal users An innovative environment that actively supports experimentation and the use of cutting‑edge AI technologies #J-18808-Ljbffr
