Manager - Global Payroll, Rewards

Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for multiple global clients Build client relationships and deliver service across payroll, compensation, rewards, and workforce transformation engagements Manage and oversee end-to-end global payroll and rewards processes Ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs and a consistent client experience across jurisdictions Advise clients on improving payroll, compensation, and rewards operating models Identify opportunities to enhance governance, controls, efficiency, automation, and compliance Leverage VialtoComp and related technologies to streamline processes and improve data quality and reporting Use payroll, compensation, and rewards data to provide analytics and business insights Identify and manage payroll, compensation, employment tax, and regulatory risks Support year-end reporting, governance activities, and compliance requirements Coordinate with internal teams, clients, payroll providers, equity vendors, and third-party partners Lead client implementations, transitions, and transformational initiatives Ensure effective change management and delivery against agreed objectives Champion automation, standardisation, process optimisation, and operational excellence Coach, mentor, and develop junior team members across a global delivery model Requirements Experienced and commercially minded manager Experience across payroll, compensation, equity, employment tax, technology, and workforce transformation Ability to manage complex global rewards programs across multiple jurisdictions Ability to leverage payroll and rewards technology, including VialtoComp Knowledge of payroll, compensation, rewards, equity, employment tax, compliance, governance, and regulatory risks Ability to deliver against KPIs and SLAs Experience with client implementations, transitions, transformational initiatives, and change management Ability to coordinate with clients, internal teams, payroll providers, equity vendors, and third-party partners Ability to coach, mentor, and develop junior team members Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing global payroll, compensation, and rewards processes while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.
