Bilingual HR Coordinator

PrideStaff is assisting a luxurious, boutique hotel in Palm Beach with pursuing a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator. This role facilitates all daily HR functions, responds to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests, and provides administrative assistance. Key responsibilities include assisting with maintaining employee records, onboarding, benefits, uniforms, and training. This is a temporary-to-permanent position. Position Details Compensation & Schedule (Temporary Phase) Hourly Rate: $27/hr. Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM to 5:30 PM (includes a 30-minute lunch break). Seasonal Requirement: Alternating Saturdays (10 AM - 4 PM) are required when in Season (October – May). Perk: Lunch is provided daily. Benefits (Upon Permanent Hire) Health: Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage starts the 1st of the month after 60 days. Retirement: 401k eligibility after 90 days, with a match up to 4% after 6 months. Time Off: 6 paid holidays. Reimbursement: Phone Reimbursement of $75 a month. Essential Skills & Traits (Must-Haves) Language: Bi-lingual Spanish (verbal and written). Technical: Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Work Environment: Experience in a high-volume setting. Interpersonal: Must be personable and welcoming, as the role involves significant interfacing and running the Orientation program. Cognitive/Organizational: Able to prioritize tasks. Able to think outside the box. Ability to effectively prioritize and organize work. Ability to be a clear thinker in situations of pressure or time constraint while exercising good judgment at all times. Ability to focus attention on details. Ability to work well in a high-paced environment and with minimum supervision. Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently and as a team member. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of employees and pertinent hotel information. Ability to ensure the safety and security of all employees. Education/Experience Requirements Essential: High School Diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of payroll process, regulatory standards, and compliance requirements. Two or more years of experience in Payroll processing. One or more years of experience in Human Resources. High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Excellent data entry skills. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, employees, and individuals inside and outside the company. Excellent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. Working knowledge of payroll software and HRIS. Excellent organization, stress management, and time management skills. Desirable: Prefer someone with onboarding or HR administrative work experience. College degree (Business, Finance, or Human Resources major). Working knowledge of Paycom payroll system. Previous hospitality experience, preferably at a luxury property.
