This is an opportunity to manage the full recruitment lifecycle while partnering with companies across a variety of industries to deliver exceptional hiring solutions. What You'll Do Source, recruit, and place top talent for direct hire, temp or temp to hire opportunities Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through networking, job boards, referrals, and social media Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to ensure the best fit for client needs Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing goals and provide recruiting strategies Coordinate interviews and guide candidates through the hiring process Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-up Stay informed on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and labor market conditions Maintain accurate candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Ensure compliance with employment laws and company recruiting practices What We're Looking For High school diploma required; additional education or equivalent experience preferred Staffing or recruiting experience preferred Manufacturing experience is a plus Experience as a Full Desk Recruiter or in a similar recruiting role is a plus Strong sourcing and interviewing skills Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to client locations as needed Why Surge Staffing?
