Inside Sales Representative

Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their client’s dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through phone calls and emails. Identify customer needs and offer solutions to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using the company’s CRM system. Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and customer needs. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments. Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients. Follow up on leads and conduct cold calls to potential clients. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service. Qualifications 2+ years of outbound sales, account management, business development, or high-volume inside sales experience, preferably in industrial, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, or related B2B environmen Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships over the phone Strong listener with natural curiosity and the ability to ask good questions that uncover real opportunities Disciplined follow‑up habits and the ability to manage many open conversations at once Comfortable learning technical product lines and translating customer needs into the right next ste Proficient with CRM and ERP systems (Business Central, ServiceTrade, Salesforce, or similar) Self‑motivated, orginized, and accountable Benefits Competitive salary with performance‑based incentives.
