Sr. Business Analyst

Location: Grove Heights, MN – 100% remote Duration: 12 months + (potential for extension)

We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst with at least 7 years of IT experience. This resource must have Road TMS experience and SAP FTM experience. An ideal candidate will also have SAP TM and Mastery Mastermind deployment/support experience (not required, but a big plus).

Must have:

• 4 years IT business analyst road TMS experience
• 1 year SAP FTM experience
• 2 years TMS integration experience

Job duties:

• Apply an understanding of business needs/requirements and translate that understanding into a form that leads to the creation and/or composition of better process and/or technology solutions in the TMS/OBC space, always aligned with the Global template.
• Work with team members to guide business customers through business case development for new applications/functionality, including cost/benefit analysis and risk/impact analysis.
• Support the Mastery/TM 3rd party carrier payment integration, reviewing ticket backlog, prioritizing issues and working them to resolution.
• Participate with the team to perform analysis to gather requirements for deployment to additional CHS product lines.
• Provide test plans, test cases, perform functional testing and assure proper user acceptance testing for owned (partially owned or in full) objects.
• Support, test, and enhance simple to moderately complex information systems and work with senior team members to develop adequate error management functionality within assigned applications.
• Maintain detailed documentation.
• Provide new user training on supported applications, as requested.
• Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures and regulations, and identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.
• Participate in testing for unit tests and integration tests.
• Cutover and hypercare support.
