Sr. Mgr, Performance

Senior Manager leading performance management strategy and enterprise workforce initiatives at DePuy Synthes (Johnson & Johnson). Responsibilities
- Lead design and continuous improvement of performance management frameworks and processes
- Oversee annual performance cycles, goal-setting frameworks, and calibration activities
- Partner with HR and business leaders to embed performance expectations and accountability
- Analyze performance data and trends to inform leadership decisions and improvements
- Manage team members supporting performance programs, coaching and developing talent
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field
- 8–10 years progressive experience in performance management, talent management, or HR strategy
- Demonstrated leadership of enterprise-wide performance programs
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making experience
- Excellent communication and change management capabilities
- Ability to translate strategy into scalable processes and measurable outcomes
