Work Environment

This position entails working onsite in patients' homes within the Fairview area, providing a unique opportunity to deliver therapy in comfortable and familiar settings. Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Care Ring, you will:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and limitations as referred by medical professionals.
• Develop, implement, and manage customized treatment programs, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities appropriate for orthopedic conditions.
• Engage with patients and their caregivers to provide education and support regarding treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, and injury prevention strategies.
• Demonstrate excellence in customer service, ensuring that the therapy experience is positive, supportive, and productive.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Meet and exceed minimum utilization and productivity goals set by the organization to help maintain operational efficiency.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a variety of patient populations, including:

• Orthopedic patients recovering from surgery or injury.
• Pediatric patients requiring specialized rehabilitation.
• Neurologic patients benefiting from tailored therapeutic interventions.
• Athletes and active individuals in need of sports medicine rehabilitation.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills and familiarization with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following will be considered assets:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Experience in home health care or outpatient orthopedic settings.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with patients while exceeding their functional goals.
• Active participation in community outreach or health initiatives.
