Work Environment

This is a full-time, onsite position where you will work in a newly-equipped outpatient office, collaborating closely with a team of healthcare professionals. The standard work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while engaging deeply in patient care and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical capabilities, identifying functional impairments and establishing effective treatment goals.

• Design and implement individualized treatment programs that employ evidence-based techniques to enhance patient mobility and alleviate pain.

• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal recovery outcomes while keeping up-to-date with industry standards and practices.

• Engage in collaborative practice by working with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to create an integrated approach to rehabilitation.

• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, self-management strategies, and preventive measures to support ongoing health and wellness.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient assessments, progress notes, and lesson plans in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse demographic of patients, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, geriatric patients managing chronic conditions, and post-operative rehabilitation cases. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Doctorate (DPT) degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid New Jersey physical therapy license.
