Key Highlights Weekly pay: $3,019–$3,192 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 8:00am–4:30pm (five 8-hour shifts) Start date: 09/28/2026 Work setting: acute inpatient/clinic OT services for adult/geriatric patients Responsibilities Conduct OT evaluations and provide treatment to adult and geriatric patients in an acute care/inpatient setting Develop and implement occupation-based rehabilitation plans addressing orthopedic postoperative care, neurosurgical/neurological conditions, cardiovascular conditions (including CABG), general surgery, and medically complex cases Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team, participate in rounds, and assist with discharge planning and safe transitions of care Document evaluations, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in the EPIC EMR; communicate patient progress with the care team Educate patients and families on activities of daily living, safety strategies, home exercise programs, and adaptive equipment; promote functional mobility and independence Maintain current BLS certification and comply with all facility policies and safety protocols Requirements Active Ohio Occupational Therapist license and state registry BLS certification required Minimum 1 year acute care experience within the past 5 years EPIC EMR experience preferred Ability to work in an acute inpatient setting with adult and geriatric populations Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated support throughout the assignment Fast credentialing process Nationwide travel assignments Extension opportunities Referral bonus up to $1,000 #J-18808-Ljbffr
