As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in designing impactful learning experiences, developing sales enablement content, and driving continuous improvement across sales readiness initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll help create scalable training programs that strengthen product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and overall team performance. Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and deliver onboarding programs that equip new and existing sales representatives with strong product knowledge and sales readiness skills.
• Create and facilitate ongoing learning initiatives, including workshops, webinars, coaching sessions, and training materials to support continuous professional development.
• Develop, organize, and maintain a comprehensive library of sales enablement resources, including playbooks, presentations, guides, and case studies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content remains aligned with product updates, business priorities, and evolving sales strategies.
• Leverage sales performance insights and feedback to identify skill gaps and continuously improve enablement programs and learning experiences.
• Promote best practices, scalable processes, and effective use of sales enablement tools to enhance productivity and sales success.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales operations, or a related field.
• Proven track record of designing, implementing, and managing successful sales enablement or training programs.
• Strong understanding of sales methodologies, sales processes, and enablement best practices.
• Experience using sales enablement platforms, learning technologies, and performance reporting tools.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, coaching, and communication skills, with fluency in written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance data and recommend improvements.
• Highly organized with exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working effectively across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
