Physical Therapist – Clinic Manager

Location: Sioux City, IA

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary Range: $77,500- $105,000 Annually (DOE)

Position Type: Clinical Leadership / Clinic Management

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist – Clinic Manager to join our Sioux City, IA team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Physical Therapist looking to take the next step into a leadership role.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of clinical Physical Therapy experience and strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Previous Clinic Manager experience is preferred but not required, as training and ongoing coaching are provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality, personalized physical therapy care to a diverse patient population.

- Lead and support the clinic team while promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.

- Help oversee day-to-day clinic operations and contribute to the overall success of the location.

- Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care.

- Demonstrate independent decision-making and analytical problem-solving skills.

- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, leadership, and healthcare team members.

- Support team development and clinical excellence.

- Contribute to efficient clinic operations and workflow.

- Utilize computer applications and documentation systems effectively.

- Take on increasing leadership and operational responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Licensed Physical Therapist with 3+ years of clinical experience preferred.

- Iowa Physical Therapy license preferred.

- Previous Clinic Manager or formal leadership experience preferred, but not required.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Demonstrated leadership ability and willingness to take on additional responsibility.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Leadership Development

Previous Clinic Manager experience is not required. The organization provides Clinic Manager training and ongoing coaching to help experienced Physical Therapists develop the leadership and operational skills needed to succeed in the role.
