Warehouse Associate
MAX PAY RATE: $18.00/hr
SHIFT: Monday-Friday 8am - typically 6pm Environment: cold & wet/damp (35 degrees). MUST be Comfortable/has worked in a cold/wet environment MUST be able to lift up to 80lbs (TEAM LIFTING OK) Requirements include a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 80 lbs and the ability to operate in a cold environment. Responsible for properly palletizing product as it is conveyed on the warehouse dock, ensuring product has been segregated by delivery location, date, priority, or stock items. As pallets are filled, moves product to designated holding area (dock, blast freezer, etc.). Re-labels stock cases to orders as requested. Separates products on pallets/racks following established policies and procedures. Ensures all product has successfully passed through metal detectors and x-ray systems. Performs visual inspection of all products to assure no damaged cases, cases strapped, no leaking product, all product labeled. Re-labels existing stock products to orders as requested. Performs other duties as assigned. Reports to Warehouse Supervisor.
