Job Summary A member-focused financial services organization in Oxnard, CA is seeking a Licensed Financial Advisor for a direct hire opportunity. The Licensed Financial Advisor will work in a supportive, community-oriented credit union environment where personalized service, ethical recommendations, and long-term member relationships are central to success. Key Responsibilities Meet with members to assess financial needs, discuss goals, and provide sound financial recommendations. Recommend and open investment advisory accounts when appropriate and within licensing requirements. Service investment advisory accounts through periodic and annual reviews to evaluate progress toward financial goals. Develop and execute business development plans to increase financial advisory sales, service levels, and member engagement. Generate prospects through outbound calls, branch partnerships, seminars, community events, networking, online marketing, and referrals. Conduct financial education seminars and provide branch employee training on investment and financial planning topics. Compensation and Benefits Direct hire opportunity. Salary range: $65,000 to $90,000 per year. Location: Oxnard, CA. Non-exempt position. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with some overtime as needed. Occasional meetings before or after scheduled hours may be required. Occasional travel may be required for one-day seminars or out-of-area conferences.
