Work Environment\n

This role is structured as a remote position, allowing for flexibility in providing care to clients at the Detox Center. The work environment incorporates innovative telehealth practices, utilizing both virtual platforms and direct communication to connect with patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized clinical services to adolescents and adults experiencing substance use disorders, employing evidence-based treatment models to address the unique needs of each client.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning, facilitating integrated services with medical providers, mental health professionals, and community organizations to ensure comprehensive care.

• Monitor client progress and compliance with legal requirements such as LRA (Less Restrictive Alternatives), actively participating in court-related processes to advocate for clients’ continued treatment.
\n
• Support clients by identifying community resources and aiding their autonomy and basic needs, offering education and advocacy to promote recovery and empowerment.
\n
• Develop and conduct therapeutic interventions, adapting methodologies based on individual behavioral health assessments to create effective treatment plans.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training, particularly in obtaining CANS (Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths) certification within the first two months of employment to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele served in this role includes individuals from diverse communities, particularly those managing substance use issues and related mental health conditions. You will be working closely with children, adolescents, and their families, focusing on both behavioral health and chronic condition management. Your expertise will help guide them through their recovery journey while respecting their cultural backgrounds and individual needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and possession of the Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) credential in Washington State.

• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in social work, particularly in substance use and mental health settings.

• Proficient understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance systems, along with relevant billing practices.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations and the capacity to adapt therapeutic approaches based on cultural considerations.

• Experience in integrated behavioral health settings, where mental health care is provided within primary care environments.

• Familiarity with trauma-informed care concepts and practices, particularly when working with individuals who have experienced homelessness or other significant life challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is between USD 100,000 and USD 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
