Remote Video Recorder for AI Training

Record first-person smartphone video of household tasks to create high-fidelity training data used to improve next-generation AI systems. This remote role focuses on accurate, repeatable video capture while following precise technical protocols and delivering a steady cadence of approved footage.

• Capture household tasks from a first-person perspective using a smartphone and a head-mounted camera setup.
• Record synchronized video footage to support and validate sensor data collected during tasks.
• Follow detailed technical protocols to meet quality, labeling, and determinism standards for every submission.
• Consistently contribute a minimum of 10 hours of approved video data per week throughout the project duration.
• Participate in device compatibility checks and a custom AI-enabled interview process prior to beginning work.
• Communicate promptly with the project team to clarify instructions, report issues, and provide feedback on data collection processes.
• Deliver data outputs reliably and on schedule to meet project milestones.

• Access to a compatible smartphone for high-fidelity sensor and video collection, supported models include iPhone 12 or later, Google Pixel 6 or later, and Samsung Galaxy S21 or later.
• Access to a head strap or equivalent head-mounted camera that allows both hands to be visible, and ability to provide that head strap within 48 hours of the start date.
• Demonstrated ability to follow standardized protocols and detailed technical instructions.
• Experience using mobile devices, strong digital literacy, and the ability to record high-quality video consistently.
• Physical capability to perform repetitive movement tasks safely and accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration and documentation.

• Location: Remote work, candidates must be based in one of the following U.S. states: Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia, or Wisconsin.
• Mobile-only tasks, recorded directly from the participant''s smartphone while performing tasks.
• Head-mounted recording is required for first-person footage, and the head strap must be available within 48 hours of the start date.
• Maintain a minimum contribution of 10 hours of approved video data per week for the length of the project.
• Roles are typically filled quickly, so candidates should be prepared to start soon after acceptance.

• Base rate listed: $13.00 per hour.
• Primary payment model is output-based, paid per recorded video that meets project specifications. Time to complete work will vary by contributor experience and workflow.

• Must be eligible to work in one of the designated U.S. states listed in Work Terms.
• Applicants who use a Gmail address are strongly preferred for tool integration.

• Complete the device compatibility checks and participate in the custom AI-enabled interview.
• If selected, complete onboarding and aim to begin your first task as soon as possible, typically within about 24 hours after onboarding is finished.
• Because roles often fill within 48 hours, be prepared to move quickly through the selection and start process.
