Role Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our center. You will greet families, manage the front desk, and provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet students and parents arriving for sessions.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and handle inquiries.
- Manage administrative tasks and student records.
- Conduct initial student evaluations.
- Support parents with scheduling and program questions.
- Assist with light marketing and center operations.
Store Hours:
Summer:
- Mon–Thurs: 9AM-8PM
- Fri: 9AM-1PM
Sat-Sun: 9AM-3PM
School Year:
- Mon-Thurs: 3PM-9PM
- Fri: 4PM-8PM
- Sat-Sun: 9AM-3PM
Position Hours Different Than Store Hours.
Requirements:
- High school diploma (some college preferred).
- Customer service or receptionist experience.
- Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Passion for helping students.
