Roskam Foods seeks a Compensation and Benefits leader to drive our salary governance, benefit programs, and compliance across manufacturing locations in the U.S. and Canada. You will oversee merit planning, market pricing, and vendor relations, ensuring accurate HRIS data and timely reporting. Ideal candidate has 5–7 years in compensation/benefits, strong Excel skills, and Workday experience.
