The successful candidate will be responsible for stabilizing, scaling, and leading the technology function during this high-growth phase. Key responsibilities include assessing the current technology environment, identifying gaps and immediate priorities, and optimizing enterprise systems with a focus on performance and business alignment. The CTO will also be tasked with defining and executing a scalable technology roadmap, leading architecture decisions, and ensuring platform readiness for customer onboarding, scalability, and reliability. Applicants for the Interim CTO position at the company must have prior experience as a CTO or CIO within a public company and a proven track record of scaling technology in high-growth, capital-intensive environments. Experience in data centers, energy, infrastructure, or related industries is essential, as is a strong background in Oracle, particularly in the stabilization or transformation of underperforming environments. The role requires a hands-on leader who is capable of operating in a lean, build-stage organization and who can effectively partner with finance and operations to align systems with public company requirements and growth objectives.
