Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of clients to determine their mental health status, needs, and treatment goals.

• Develop individualized therapy plans tailored to address specific mental health conditions, incorporating evidence-based practices and client feedback.

• Facilitate regular counseling sessions, providing a safe space for clients to express their thoughts and feelings while offering coping strategies and therapeutic tools.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary, and maintaining detailed records in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Provide referrals and resources to clients as needed, including support groups, workshops, and community services.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines and professional boundaries in all client interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including those struggling with substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. This role requires a deep commitment to understanding various mental health issues and addressing the unique cultural backgrounds and experiences of each client. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of four years of related clinical experience with exposure to a variety of mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
