Safe Harbor Wills and Trusts is on the lookout for a full-time, in-office paralegal with extensive estate planning experience to become an integral part of our dedicated team. We focus on empowering individuals and families to protect their home and life savings from unforeseen health and financial challenges. Your role will be vital in processing estate planning matters (Wills and Trusts) from start to finish, meeting with clients to gather asset and family information, drafting, reviewing, and editing estate documents as needed. You'll work independently, manage your caseload, and provide weekly updates on case status, contributing to our mission of delivering top-notch legal services.

$45,000 - $55,000 yearly

• Interact with clients and serve as their guide through the estate planning process
• Review and edit documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney, under attorney supervision
• Manage and organize client files and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
• Communicate with clients throughout the process to answer questions and provide guidance, and reassurance as needed
• Prepare file for client meetings, participate in and conduct signing meetings as necessary
