Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Evolve Wellness Center, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized therapy strategies based on client needs and goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions individually or in group settings, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical documentation compliant with legal and ethical standards, ensuring complete and up-to-date records for each client.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive mental health care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Engage in continuous professional development via workshops, webinars, and training, staying informed of the latest mental health research and therapeutic methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on providing mental health support to individuals and families facing various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Many of our clients may have limited access to traditional mental health services, making your role crucial in helping them navigate their unique circumstances and facilitate effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

• Strong comprehension of legal and ethical standards in counseling practices.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
