Our agency opened in 2022 and is a growing team of four who are focused on building strong relationships and delivering excellent service. I began my career as a State Farm team member right after graduating high school, and this is the only industry I’ve ever worked in. That experience has given me a deep understanding of the business and a strong commitment to helping both customers and team members succeed. We stay involved locally as a member of the Howell Chamber of Commerce and believe in being active and present in the community we serve. We offer PTO, health and dental insurance, a Simple IRA with employer match, commissions and bonuses, and a $1,000 hiring bonus for licensed candidates. As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jared Trella - State Farm Agent, you will drive agency growth through strong customer relationships and consistent sales production. This is a performance-based role where your ability to generate business and meet goals directly impacts your success. RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Build and maintain customer relationships to support retention and growth
- Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate coverage
- Resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions
- Generate new business by working both warm and cold leads
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly Property & Casualty production requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license required at time of hire
- Life & Health license must be obtained within the first 30 days (in-office)
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a results-driven environment
