Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health needs and diagnoses, crafting tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Maintain a robust client caseload of at least 27 visits weekly for full-time clinicians, utilizing various therapeutic modalities to ensure effective treatment.

• Document clinical progress meticulously, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

• Engage in inter-professional collaboration with case managers, medical personnel, families, and educational staff to provide holistic care and support.

• Utilize creative and innovative therapeutic techniques in sessions to engage clients meaningfully, helping them achieve and surpass their personal goals.

• Actively participate in and contribute to clinical team meetings and training sessions, fostering a collaborative environment that enhances service delivery.
