Senior Accountant - Real Estate Development

Hirewell has been retained by a full-service real estate firm in Houston, TX to find 2 Real Estate Development Accountants . This firm has a multi-decade track record for successfully developing and managing both commercial and residential assets across TX and other Sunbelt markets. You would be joining a growing team with a lot of room for advancement! Primary Responsibilities: AP/AR, Reconciliations, Loan Management, Draws GAAP & Audits Maintain financial analysis files for active and completed projects Serve as the primary contact for CPA/Lender audit requests Qualifications: Completed 4-year degree (preferably in Accounting or Finance) Ability to be flexible - whatever it takes to get the job done 2-4 years of accounting in the real estate industry #J-18808-Ljbffr Hirewell
