Coordinate guest activities and make reservations for dining, tours, and local attractions. Provide information on hotel amenities and area highlights. Address guest inquiries and resolve concerns quickly and professionally. Collaborate with departments such as housekeeping and concierge to fulfill requests. Maintain accurate guest records and preferences to deliver personalized service. Organize special experiences such as VIP treatments and celebrations. Manage guest amenities and ensure all requests are handled efficiently. Keep shared digital spaces and communication organized and up‑to‑date. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred. 13 years of experience in customer service or hospitality. Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills. Calm under pressure with a proactive, guest‑first approach. Proficiency in hotel management systems and reservation software.
