Associate Director, Medical Affairs

Join CSL as Associate Director, Medical Affairs (Transplant and Immunology). This hybrid role is based in King of Prussia, PA or Waltham, MA, and requires onsite presence three days per week. You will report to the Senior Director, Medical Affairs, Transplant & Immunology, and will contribute to the development of medical strategy for assigned products while driving execution of Medical Affairs plans throughout the post‑launch product lifecycle. The role involves working closely with cross‑functional partners and engaging with external thought leaders to drive medical and scientific communication, support evidence generation, advance clinical understanding, and strengthen scientific engagement in the US and international markets. Responsibilities Contribute to medical affairs strategy for the assigned portfolio in alignment with overall therapeutic area objectives. Evaluate trends and therapeutic opportunities in cooperation with research and regional commercial organizations. Implement strategy for scientific interactions with the medical community, including key opinion leaders and patient advocacy groups. Coordinate investigator‑led studies and research collaborations. Serve as scientific consultant to marketing, commercial and research project teams, providing input into promotional and educational materials for relevant therapeutic areas. Qualifications Advanced degree in science (PhD, PharmD). 10+ years’ relevant pharmaceutical or biotherapeutics industry experience. Sound experience interacting with commercial functions within the healthcare industry. Knowledge of Transplant and Immunology therapeutic areas. Compensation Base salary range: $185,000‑219,000.
