IT Support Analyst

Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join their team. As an IT Support Analyst, you will be part of the IT Department supporting end-user technology and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Provide software and hardware support to end-users in a professional banking environment.

• Assist with administration of Virtual/Desktop/Laptop Management and infrastructure applications including VDI, patch management, encryption, and anti-virus solutions.

• Support incident and request management through ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

• Reimage user devices, backup and restore user data, and ensure device functionality remotely and on-site.

• Configure, install, and test hardware components, manage hardware replacements, and document service events accurately.

What's Needed?

• 3-5 years of experience providing software/hardware support, with knowledge of server, Cisco technology, and professional support environments.

• Proficiency with troubleshooting and supporting MS Office applications, MS Teams, Outlook, and Windows OS.

• Experience assisting with administration of virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), patch management, encryption, and anti-virus technologies.

• Prior experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.

• Strong customer service skills, ability to work independently, and flexibility to work onsite Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with potential to stay after hours if needed.
