Administrative Support Specialist | 7:30AM - 4:00PM | Mon-Fri | $20.00/hr

A full-service industrial contracting and construction company headquartered in Decatur, IL is looking for an Administrative Support Specialist .

Qualifications for Administrative Support Specialist

2-3 years of office clerical experience
Familiarity with office concepts, practices and procedures
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Good data entry speed and accuracy
Experience in purchasing would be a plus
Mathematical, spelling, and grammar skills are needed

Responsibilities for Administrative Support Specialist

Enter Data for customer billing
Answer customer billing questions
Maintain customer database, add new customers
File order confirmations
Enter vendor rebate claims
Make price change adjustment in the system
Track receipts
Assist with inventory control
Generate reports
Answer phones
Entering purchase orders
