Job Description
Bismarck-Mandan Convention & Visitors Bureau in Bismarck, ND is currently seeking Gaming Employees to join our team. As a Gaming Employee, you will be responsible for conducting blackjack, pull tabs, bingo and E-tabs in a professional and efficient manner while providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:- Deal cards, sell pull tabs, redeem Etabs following State gaming regulations and house policies
- Interact with guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Ensure game integrity by following all gaming regulations and house policies
- Pay out bets and collect chips from losing bets
- Keep the gaming area clean and organized
- Assist guests with rules and procedures of the games
- Opening and closing gaming locations
- Knowledge of gaming rules and procedures (preferred but not required)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Cash handling experience (preferred by not required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
