Vitality Empower Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our committed team in an orthopedic outpatient setting. Our clinic serves predominantly privately insured individuals, fostering a rehabilitation environment that emphasizes patient-centered care. Work Environment

As part of a tight-knit team that includes two other physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA), you'll enjoy a supportive work environment fostering professional growth and collaboration. Our onsite clinic operates with a focus on outpatient therapy, providing you with opportunities to interact closely with patients, assess their progress, and implement customized rehabilitation plans. This role entails a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing you to achieve a balanced work-life dynamic while dedicating your skills to meaningful patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and document patient history, physical examination findings, and readiness for treatment plans.
• Identify patient-centered goals and develop individualized treatment programs tailored to their specific needs and recovery objectives.
• Deliver evidence-based therapies that enhance patients' mobility and function, including manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercises.
• Manage a caseload efficiently, treating one patient per hour and ensuring thorough follow-ups for tracking progress.
• Implement and monitor wellness programs that integrate fitness and rehabilitation to encourage long-term health improvements.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care plans and facilitate patient success.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, adjust care plans as necessary, and document all services provided for effective communication and workflow management via EMR systems, particularly WebPT.
• Motivate and support patients through their rehabilitation journeys to maximize their recovery potential.
• Encourage healthy lifestyle choices through education on strength training, flexibility exercises, and balance activities.

Your primary focus will be on individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and musculoskeletal conditions. By providing personalized therapeutic care, you will directly impact the lives of patients seeking to regain their mobility and quality of life. Typical patient demographics may include athletes, active seniors, and anyone striving to overcome physical challenges and elevate their overall health.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current and valid physical therapist license in California.
• Strong record of professional integrity and no history of disciplinary actions against your license.
• Exemplary proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a solid understanding of therapeutic modalities.
• Experience in developing and executing effective exercise protocols tailored to individual patient needs.
• Demonstrated competency in utilizing EMR software, with a preference for WebPT.

Preferred Experience

While specific experience in orthopedic outpatient settings is desirable, we value transferrable skills and a commitment to patient care. Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
