Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess current capabilities and limitations, establishing a comprehensive plan of care tailored to individual needs.
• Implement and adjust treatment plans based on continuous assessment of patient progress, adjusting techniques and modalities as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about treatment protocols, exercises, and lifestyle modifications to facilitate recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient assessments, treatment protocols, and outcomes in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and universal precautions, fostering a clean and hazard-free environment for both patients and staff.
• Promote a positive image of the clinic through exceptional service to patients, visitors, and professionals within the healthcare community.
• Engage in continuous professional development activities, including mandatory in-services and performance improvement initiatives, to stay updated on best practices and innovations in physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The physical therapist will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and chronic pain disorders. Qualifications

• A valid and current Physical Therapist license in the state of California.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR is mandatory.
