Located in the heart of Stockton, California, Revive Strength & Mobility Rehab Center is a modern facility specializing in orthopedic outpatient rehabilitation. Spanning 5,000 square feet, our state-of-the-art sports medicine facility is designed to create an optimal healing environment for our patients. Our team consists of experienced physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant, all committed to delivering quality care that prioritizes patient well-being and outcomes. We work with individuals possessing private medical insurance, allowing us to focus on personalized treatment plans to foster recovery and wellness.

Work Environment

As a Physical Therapist in our facility, you will work onsite within a collaborative environment. Our team dynamic comprises two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant, fostering a supportive atmosphere encouraging professional growth and knowledge sharing. Operating Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, our rehab center is equipped with advanced tools and technologies designed to assist in delivering effective therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and understand each patient's unique needs to establish relevant treatment objectives.
• Manage a patient load effectively, accommodating one patient per hour during treatment sessions.
• Design and implement tailored treatment plans that utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, ensuring a holistic approach to recovery.
• Employ cost-effective interventions that promote increased range of motion and enhance mobility, while minimizing reliance on medication and suggesting non-surgical alternatives.
• Administer individualized care based on sound evidence and proven methodologies, enhancing overall treatment efficacy.
• Develop personalized fitness and wellness programs that align with each patient's lifestyle and rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate results, and maintain comprehensive documentation that reflects the services delivered.
• Engage with patients throughout their treatment journey, motivating them to achieve their maximum potential.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care delivery, sharing insights and updates on patient statuses.
• Foster a culture of wellness by enhancing patients' strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients in an orthopedic outpatient setting, focusing on rehabilitation following surgical procedures, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal illnesses. Your tailored approach will cater to both adult and geriatric populations, helping them overcome physical limitations and increase their overall functional independence.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid license as a Physical Therapist in California, with no record of board or disciplinary actions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques along with the ability to design and implement exercise regimens personalized to patient needs.
• Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, specifically WebPT or similar systems.

Preferred Experience

• Prior working experience as a Physical Therapist in an orthopedic outpatient clinic, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven track record in utilizing diverse therapeutic modalities and assessment techniques.

Compensation and Benefits
