Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will involve a diverse range of tasks aimed at assessing and enhancing patient well-being. These tasks include:

• Conducting thorough consultations to assess patients' physical conditions and symptoms.
• Utilizing your diagnostic skills to identify movement dysfunctions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Instructing patients in therapeutic exercise techniques tailored to their specific needs.
• Administering treatments such as massage and manual therapy to facilitate healing.
• Assisting patients in using mobility equipment, such as wheelchairs and walkers, ensuring they gain confidence in their recovery processes.
• Maintaining comprehensive patient records to document progress and set achievable goals.
• Providing education to patients and their families regarding in-home treatment options and exercises to enhance recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Agile Strength Rehabilitation Center, our patient population includes children and adults facing various orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative challenges. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of California.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively educate and engage with patients and their families.
• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills for maintaining patient records.
• A flexible and adaptable approach to meet the changing needs of our patients.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Agile Strength Rehabilitation Center offers a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
