Work Environment

This position is onsite at our comprehensive rehabilitation facility, where modern equipment and technology meet the highest standards of care. Our team of healthcare professionals collaborates daily, supporting a positive atmosphere that promotes patient success. You will work Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life structure while fully engaging in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations to recognize and understand individual goals and needs, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
• Manage a patient load of one individual per hour, ensuring dedicated attention to each patient's progress.
• Utilize a variety of treatment techniques and methodologies to create effective care plans that address each patient's unique conditions.
• Employ cost-effective treatment options that focus on enhancing mobility and function while minimizing reliance on medications and surgical interventions.
• Motivate and educate patients throughout their recovery journey, encouraging engagement in their rehabilitation process.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment outcomes meticulously to ensure a seamless continuum of care and maintain accurate records.
• Regularly assess treatment effects, monitor patient progress, and make necessary modifications to care plans as required.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all patients.
• Promote wellness programs that emphasize strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, enhancing patients' overall health.

Our patient base primarily comprises individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries, seeking to restore their physical capabilities and improve their quality of life. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution is required.
• California licensure in physical therapy is mandatory, with no pending board or disciplinary actions.
• Strong manual therapy skills and proficiency in developing effective exercise routines are essential.
• Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, is preferred to streamline administrative processes.

Preferred Experience

While we welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds, prior experience in orthopedic outpatient care will be a significant advantage. Additionally, familiarity with sports rehabilitation techniques and a commitment to ongoing professional development will enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits
