Pardise Mind Physical Therapy & Wellness Center is seeking a dedicated full-time Licensed Physical Therapist to join our team in Stockton, California. This role is essential for enhancing the mobility and functional independence of our patients. As a Physical Therapist in our practice, you will engage in a variety of therapeutic methods aimed at restoring the highest possible quality of life for patients recovering from orthopedic conditions.

Work Environment

The work environment is collaborative and supportive, emphasizing a team-based approach to patient care. You will work alongside two experienced physical therapists and a physical therapist assistant (PTA), fostering an atmosphere of mutual respect and professional growth. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a work-life balance while serving a diverse patient population.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify needs, objectives, and treatment requirements tailored to each individual.
• Manage a patient caseload efficiently, treating one patient per hour while ensuring high standards of care.
• Utilize evidence-based practice to develop and implement individualized therapy interventions focused on mobility enhancement.
• Engage with patients to motivate and support them through their recovery journey, maximizing their functional capabilities.
• Assess treatment effects regularly, documenting progress and outcomes meticulously in compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate professionally with other healthcare practitioners to coordinate care plans and optimize patient outcomes.
• Design and customize fitness and wellness programs that address specific health goals of patients.
• Employ a variety of treatment techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and educational strategies, to facilitate recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with adult patients experiencing a range of orthopedic issues, from post-surgical rehabilitation to chronic pain management. Your role is pivotal in empowering patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals, whether it's returning to sports, improving daily activities, or reducing pain without relying heavily on medications or surgical options.

Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A strong professional history without disciplinary actions or board infractions.
• Ability to utilize electronic medical record (EMR) systems such as WebPT efficiently.
• Proficiency in designing exercise plans that are customized to each patient's unique conditions and recovery goals.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and their application in patient care.
• A proven track record in developing evidence-based therapeutic interventions that yield positive patient outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
