Med Lake Chiropractic and Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Lodi, California. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work directly with patients in a dynamic orthopedic outpatient setting. Work Environment

This position is onsite at our Lodi facility where you will engage with patients in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You will have access to state-of-the-art rehabilitation equipment and resources, fostering a productive and efficient work environment for both you and your patients.

Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and capabilities.
• Designing and implementing customized treatment plans that promote improvement in mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and modalities tailored to individual recovery goals.
• Collaborating with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and nursing staff, to provide a holistic approach to patient care.
• Educating patients and their families about exercise techniques, self-management strategies, and recovery plans to foster independence.
• Maintaining meticulous documentation of patient evaluations, progress reports, and treatment outcomes to ensure continuity of care.
• Participating in team meetings and professional development sessions to stay informed about the latest advances in therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and musculoskeletal disorders. Our diverse patient population includes individuals of all ages and fitness levels, each requiring tailored therapeutic interventions to enhance their recovery journey. Understanding the unique needs of each patient will be critical to delivering effective care that contributes to their rehabilitation success.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A current and active Physical Therapy License in the state of California.
• Comprehensive knowledge of orthopedic physical therapy practices and patient assessment techniques.
• Strong attention to detail in documenting patient progress and treatment plans.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.

Preferred Experience

Prior experience working as a licensed Physical Therapist in an orthopedic setting is highly valued, with a minimum of two years preferred. Compensation and Benefits
