Boost Energy Physical Therapy, located in the vibrant community of Lodi, California, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist. This position is an integral part of our home care team, working directly with patients in their own living environments. Work Environment

This is a full-time position, requiring you to work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. Given that this is a home care facility, you will be traveling to different patients' homes across Lodi and surrounding areas, which allows for a variety of daily experiences and interactions. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, utilizing advanced techniques and tools to facilitate optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical conditions, medical histories, functional limitations, and personal goals to establish tailored treatment plans.
• Formulate and implement individualized plans of care that reflect assessment findings and patient goals.
• Guide patients through their rehabilitation journey, explaining the treatment process and ensuring agreement on the care plan.
• Employ a range of treatment methodologies, including education, progressive exercise prescription, and manual therapy techniques, to maximize patient progress.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Require detailed documentation of all services provided during treatment sessions, adhering to regulatory standards and ensuring complete records of patient interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Boost Energy Physical Therapy, you will primarily focus on patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic pain conditions. You will work with diverse populations, ranging from young athletes to elderly individuals, tailoring your therapeutic approaches to meet their unique needs and goals. Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of California.

• Minimum of three years of experience in orthopedic physical rehabilitation, demonstrating a solid clinical foundation.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and evidence-based rehabilitation practices.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
