Administration Assistant Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $18.00 to $20.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift
- Provide crucial administrative support, primarily to our purchasing supervisor, ensuring the efficient operation of administrative and purchasing functions.
- Will be adaptable, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of managing a diverse range of tasks in a dynamic work environment.
Administration Assistant Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative assistant or similar support role.
- Basic computer proficiency, including: * A strong understanding of file hierarchy and efficient digital file management. * Proficiency in email communication and etiquette. * Familiarity with QuickBooks software. * Competency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience as a Purchasing Assistant.
- Background or experience in Accounts Payable functions.* Experience with Accounts Receivable processes.
