TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Albany, Georgia, 31701!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 17 weeks Shift: 12H Evenings Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS Must-Have: - 5+ years of experience - At least 1 travel assignment - Meditech experience - TNCC certification Description: Candidates must be within a 75-mile radius. The driver’s license address must be included in the submission email. There will be approximately 180-200 patient visits per day. There is a behavioral lockdown area staffed by psychiatric personnel. The nurse-to-patient ratio is 1 to 4. Emergency department nurses will manage their own lab draws and start their own IVs. There are dedicated respiratory therapists available 24/7. The pharmacy operates on-site for 11 hours a day and is available 24/7 on campus. Common diagnoses include pediatrics to geriatrics, trauma cases, and neuro cases. Most trauma and neuro patients may need to be transferred elsewhere for advanced care. Caribbean blue scrubs are required. Nurses must complete orientation requirements during the first week. Program expectations will be reiterated prior to the start date. There is a cancellation policy in effect. Charting system utilized is Meditech.
