Production Operations Associate, Materials Handling and Quality

Job Description

What will you do?

Cut and build wood pallets
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure parts are made correctly
Perform routine quality checks to verify precision
Collaborate with teammates to meet daily output goals
Handle general warehouse tasks as needed
Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues

Where and when will you work?

Location: Middlebury, IN
1st shift: Mon–Fri, 5:00am–1:30pm (up to 3:30pm for OT; occasional Saturdays)
2nd shift: Mon–Fri, 1:00pm–9:30pm (OT and Saturdays as needed)
3rd shift: Mon–Fri, 9:00pm–5:30am (OT and Saturdays as needed)

What’s the pay?

$18–$20 per hour, based on shift
